Waiting for Boys/Girls

pineapple_babbit's picture

Ok, this is just something that I wrote because my friend told me to wait for boys... That annoyed me because thats all I ever do, so I wrote this... Even though I still think the best way to approach boys is for them to come to you and ask you out... I don't know why, but I am more traditional in that respect... this is meant to be for boys, but I added the /girls to all of the things because alot of people may feel they same way for girls... I can imagine it works both ways.... Feel free to add as a comment...

Waiting for boys/girls to come to you,
Is like watching a plant grow.
It’s really boring,
And it’s what you do
For your last resort.

Waiting for boys/girls,
Is like waiting for a snow day.
You get all hyped up when one may arrive,
But then you are all down when one doesn’t.

Waiting for boys/girls,
is like waiting for the bus with an evil busdriver.
They may stop for a second,
but when they see you,
they pass you right by.

Waiting for boys/girls
is just like waiting for spring.
Once you think that they are warming up to you,
they get cold and icy again...

Waiting for boys/girls
is like looking for the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow....
It never works.
