Sonnet
The mother screams when the baby comes out.
The nurse quickly takes it to weigh it.
The new dad gives a shout.
The nurse brings the babe back while it has a fit.
The mother smiles at her new baby.
The father holds it and a tear drips down.
The granddad takes I and names it Cady.
The grandma looks down adoring her clown.
The newborn baby is really famished.
So it starts to yell and mom gives it food.
“Your food is here baby Cady.”
Mom Says. Then she says, ”Calm down little dude.”
Mom sits, rocking the baby back and forth
The babe’s future lies ahead in the north.
