Fell

We were laughing,
The sun was shining,
A breeze was playing
With your auburn hair,
Like a cat with
A tangled ball
Of yarn.

You were running,
I was smiling,
Watching
As your voice
Was carried to me,
Half laughing.

I saw you
Look back at me,
Trip
And fall.

Vanish, from my life.

I love those lines.

Great Job!

This is such a great poem.
I really like the first little paragraph.
The simile is amazing.
I would have never thought of something as clever as that.
I like how this poem is somewhat short yet it tell quite a long story.
At first the person is happy and then all of a sudden the person she loves "vanishes" from her life.
What a great way to put it!
Keep Writing!!
