i'm in eighth grade and

i'm in eighth grade and about half of those books we're reading next year, so unfortunately i can't check any off yet :(

Yah... same...

I didn't really enjoy reading them... mabye romeo and juliet... but, in the end, romeo just shows up as a wimp!

I really didn't like that play. But the Osyssey is way worse than the others by far!

I think it is kinda weird how odysseus kinda decided to take the hard way out of everyting.. and how he stayed with cylpso like for 8 years

Someone else agrees with me! Everyone else always tells me he doesn't take that hard way out because that way is his only way, but it so isn't! I'm glad that someone else sees my view of the book.

i read alot of different books for school, like jerry spinelli, andrew clements and many more. sometimes they are fiction and sometimes they are non-fiction.

They just pick books that

They just pick books that have either proved valuable in the past or are of great interest to them.

One teacher of mine took our American Literature class and turned it into Asian Literature halfway through the year. Truly saddening. I had to go out and read Hemingway on my own.

I really want to read A Farwell to Arms, and some collected short stories by him... He is a perfect example of a classic writer, who's stories never seem to get old :)
