To submit to Newspaper Series

  • Log in. (Click "Not a YWP member?" to create an account.)

  • Click "create content" and create an ENTRY
  • Fill out "title," "author name, school & grade" and "prompt" boxes.
  • Paste story into "body."
  • Click "Submit." You are done.
    NOTES: Your account email must be accurate; a "blog" entry must be resubmitted as an ENTRY to be considered.

Terrifying creatures,
Heroic saviors,
Inhuman villians,
I delve myself into
The world of
Video games.
Different worlds,
Powerful weapons:
Swords,
Guns,
Chakrams,
Spears.
So many different options
To choose from.
Saving the world
From monsters,
Aliens,
Or maybe other
Humans.
In these worlds,
I feel I belong.
I guess it's true that
Fantasy can be better
Than reality...

I just finished playing my Wii... I am bad at golf... But!!! I am getting better at bowling...
*I will beat my cousin at bowling someday!!!!! I will train all summer if I must... but.. I have to get better soon... He might get better if he gets older... If he's this good now, imagine how good he will be when he's older.... *gasp* *
