A Numerical Embarkment

i. She looked lost as she stood there on the doorstep.
ii. His tears matched the color of his eyes.
iii. Laughing off the remark of umbridge, she glared at his red eyes.
i. Dropping her bags onto the mat, she reached for the doorbell.
ii. There was no way he could change what he'd done.
iii. He stared back with the same intensity.
i. The door opened before she could depress it.
ii. If she could ever forgive him...
iii. Who knew they'd end up together by the end of the party.
i. A tall, pale man beckoned her into the apartment, promptly closing the door behind them.
ii. He knew she never could.
iii. What more is there to tell?
i. She was never seen again.
ii. The blood-covered note was her last memory of him.
iii. They lived drearily ever after.
