the feeling of winter

snow, twirling down, through the air, wind blowing it in your face, draging your beautiful christmas tree through the sparkeling snow piled up to make a cold blanket laying on the frozen ground, making traks. finally getting to the big warm house waiting for you, lit up with white lights for the holiday. you get inside going through the harsh cold winter into the warm gentle feeling of home.family members soround you.th yelling and exitement of children running toward you at full speed to help put up the christmas tree. after the christmas tree is put up and the presents are under it, it's time for dinner. everyone sits down to have the wounderful feast that was prepared, ham, mashed potatoes, salad, pie, everything! we all hold hands close our eyes, and think about the people who couldn't be there. after, we dig in piling everthing on our plate, covering mashed potatoes with gravy, and ham with mashed potatoes, after that wonderful meal, we couldn't say a word, we didn't know how to say something, that would ever with what we were thinking. but there was love in the room, and that's enough.
