Maria Theresa married Francis Stephen of Lorraine, her cousin. She had 16 children 11 girls who all had the first name Maria, and 5 boys. I found a wonderful site that I found the names and info about all of the children,
Maria Theresa’s children:

• HM Queen Marie Antoinette of France, née HIRH Archduchess Marie Antonie (1755-1793)
• HIRH Archbishop-Elector Maximilian of Cologne (1756-1784)
Maria was born 13/May/1717 in Vienna, Austria. She died 28/Nov/1780 in Vienna, Austria. She lived for 63 years. Her father was Emperor Charles VII and her mother was Elizabeth of Brunswick- Wolfenbuttel. Maria, being his first child, Emperor Charles was afraid that he wouldn’t have any sons to take over after him, so he made a decree for Maria to become the ruler of Hungary and Bohemia.
When Charles, died others expressed a dislike of having a woman ruler, which started the War of Austrian Succession. King Frederick II of Prussia was the first to express his loathing toward Maria by trying to take up Silesia; it is now divided between Prussia, Bohemia-Austria and Poland after the peace of Wroclaw.
