14. Procrastination. If you had more time, you’d be able to put it off longer. What do you put off to the last moment? Why? Tell a story about how you just barely got something done in time – or didn’t.

Me

my life is not simple
it is not a book nor a page
it is neither hard or difficult
and yet it seems to not be mine

some write down there life in a journal
others just live it for the sake of having fun
i am both, i write in a journal
yet i live for the sake of fun
some live out on the edge
others live where they will be safe
i live in both places

i find living out on the edge great
yet i like to keep my self safe
some take a leap of faith for love
others let it pass
i seem to let it pass,
and only take a leap of faith sometimes

i do not believe in racism
others seem to think there are two kinds of people
they seem to think there is "us" and "them"
i believe "us" and "them" are equal in this world
some hate to stand up for what they believe
others do what's right no matter what
i've learned that even the toughest people,
back down from a fight

there are those who believe in peace and freedom
then there are some who don't care
by now you probably find this boring
but just think about who you are
and no matter what you look like or sound,
stay the same because one day
while your trying to be someone you're not,
you'll forget who you really were

it's like garth brooks says
"it's my life, it's better left to chance,
i couldn't miss the plan, but i would have to miss the dance"
everyone can make a difference

i don't expect everyone to

i don't expect everyone to like this poem i was trying to get thoughts out of my head thats all

I like this style and think

I like this style and think it's coming along well-- however check some of the grammar.

I'm confused

When I read the first part of the poem I liked it, then I read on and it went a totally different way. I found it kind of random; you would start one thought and wouldn't really finish it before you started another. At the end, you told the readers to think about who they are and then you put in a quote. I would say that the first two and the last two paragraphs are the best. I felt like the middle paragraphs were confusing.
