Wake Up

Actually, I guess it is.  When I wrote this I was thinking about what someone at school said to me in private.

I get depressed almost never, but I know several people that feel down almost all the time.

I then showed this to me mom, and she said since I put it in the Song catagory, that she wanted to hear it.

I sang it once, and noticed I didn't sing it exactly how I originally wrote it, so I made tgose changes, then posted it.

My mom says I should share it at church. I don't know if I'll do that, but at least now I have all the chords written for it too.

BTW, my mom cried when she heard it. Then proceeded to ask me 1000 questions about if I was okay, or if I needed anything and so on.  I was fine. I told her sort of about what happened at school. She told me not to ignore or avoid this person, that if they confided their thoughts to me, I only had 2 choices, tell a teacher, and or be a friend so that they don't feel so left out. If others are teasing them, find out, and do something about it. I didn't tell a teacher.

So yesterday, I brought some clothes to school - they were brand new, I hadn't worn them yet, but I thought they might fit her. They did. And she looked great. I don't care if I ever get them back.

My mom was right. Some new clothes that weren't going to be teased by others, made her feel better. It is a step forward.

Today she is still okay.

Not everybody has what others have, and those that have LOTS shouldn't tease the ones that don't.  They have no idea how much it really hurts.

But, if they do know, and do it anyway, then they are just mean and ugly (on the inside). That's what my mom tells me all the time. Guess she might be right again.

It is good

You know, that is an interesting concept. Yes or No.  Do people really want to be motivated? are they lazy? do they want to live ? or just sleep?

And yes, she did leave us hanging.

I am not only trying to finish replying to all the messages I received in my inbox, but do my homework, not get stressed out about my winter Formal tomorrow night, but I am working on some new material that I have to perform this Saturday for a funeral- and I was only told about it yesterday.

Wow! It sounds like you had a good time. You could really hear Lexie's voice over a crowd of other performers? Oh, I just saw that you don't know her personally, that it was only by her posted pic you recognized her. Are you sure the voice was hers then? Well, your description above, okay, probably. And if so, and you could write a rave, then yes, she need to get to putting the song up here.
