The Wonders of a Good Night's Sleep

After some deep and rather unsuccessful thinking about where I could travel if offered the chance to go anywhere I arrived at the conclusion that no where in the world would please me more than my bed. After a long week of homework, tests, basketball games, and countless other stressors a teenager must deal with, my only desires include eating and falling into a rejuvinating slumber. A deep sleep for an extended amount of time would do wonders for my physical and mental health. My sore throat and congestion headaches, as well as being over tired would go away. When I awoke I would feel like a new person. Any medicine would be completely unecessary, all I need is my bed. While some may answer this prompt with foriegn lands or even imaginary worlds to meet their standards, I am a perticularly simple person and my happiness is in direct relation to my bed.

Unique angle

Really liked this piece -- what a great angle for this prompt, very original.

Offering it for week of March 5 to Barre Times Argus.

Thanks!
