Global Warming

If I was president I would make a law that all companies have to make there rappers out of recycled plastic, paper and glass. That would cut the waste of plastic, paper and glass in the landfills.
Also each factory must have a scum farm because scum takes the C02 from the air that stops globe warming. J Scum makes the best bio-fuel there is because 1 acre of scum makes 120 gallons of bio-fuel and corn makes only 20 gallons of bio-fuel to an acre.
Everyone that could afford a UBC or a vehicle that runs on electricity. The UBC gets 3,145 miles to the gallon. The people that could not afford the vehicles have to have a vehicle that gets 29 miles to the gallon or more.
