Self Pity bothers me.

My life is so hard, I'm never happy, no one loves me.

You have two parents, you have food at every meal, you are getting an education.

You have rights.

Is that not enough?

What more do you want?

Do you want us all to worship you?

Oh no, my parents broke up, I am so alone, no one understands this feeling.

No one except the millions of other children with divorced parents.

My parents fight, I hate it! You'll never understand!

Guess what!

So do mine.

My friends abandoned me!

Turned on me!

Hmmm... then why are we still talking?

I wish that you would realize how good you have it.

So many people have it much, much, worse.
