I was a lonely bird
Until my aching heart
You cured.

I was a quiet bird
Until my silent voice
You heard.

I was an ugly bird
Until my self esteem
You spurred.

You saved me
From a fall
That would surely
Have ended all.

For I was a lonely bird
Until my aching heart
You cured.

I really like this poem! The rhyming is short and sweet and I like the imagery. Nice work :)

I really like this too. you were able to tell a really sweet story in a few sweet lines. Love it!
