Words written in Chinese

Has anyone found someone to translate the words in the book that are in Chinese? This book has so many layers of meaning, and I can't help but feel that the book would be enriched by our knowing what these words are. Most of the dialog is in English with <> to indicate that the characters are really speaking in Chinese.
There are, however, Chinese characters at the top of each page -- what do they say?
P. 217 when Wei-Chen comes to earth, what does he say in Chinese?
What does the Monkey King say on 222?
What is written on the door of his cool car? p. 228
