All She Knows
She was an outsider.
She wasn't nessicarily hated,
But she wasn't known.
No one knew the sound of her voice
or the sweet melody of her footsteps.
He met her late one night.
Perhaps it was boredom that brought them together,
perhaps it was fate.
She didn't know.
All she knew was that his words sounded like
the song of an angel and his
touch was soft and sweet and his
lips tasted like honey and his
heart was made of pure gold.
She made her feel welcome with his words,
his touch softened her spirits,
his lips became her candy
and his heart became the dwelling place of her dreams
her goals, her aspirations
his heart became her home.
All she knows is that her
heart skips a beat whenever she sees him
and every time he speaks she falls
head over heals in love again.
All she knows is that she fell in love with the gleam in his
eyes and she thinks that this is too good to be true.
He must be a dream.
All she knows is that she never wants to wake up.
