My whole life ha been
Awkward.
Sometimes I try
Too hard
Sometimes I don't try
Hard enough.
Most times everything seems awkward.
Chap Stick
Dust
Low cut shirts
Yellow traffic cones
Patches of ice
Winter boots
Police men
Cafeteria chairs.
All awkward,
All my life
All just being themselves.

Normal human interaction
And attempting to imitate it
To avoid
That awkward-turtle moment.

And my awkward moments are too numerous to list--so many that some have faded from my mind, leaving only a bitter residue. Blechh. I hate those moments.
