SPLAT!
Submitted by stully on November 18, 2008 - 11:18.SPLAT!!!
The bug on the windshield went splat,
As we rode over the poor old cat,
The wet cold rain went splat,
On the stinky old rotten bat,
I heard the splat of the water balloon,
As it was eaten by the ugly baboon,
The brownie mix fell to the floor with a splat,
It was better than having to eat all that fat,
The egg that was thrown went splat,
As it hit her head her hair went flat,
All the flavors of ice cream were dropped to the floor with a splat,
The dog licked it up and fell over with a drat,
As this poem is coming to an end with a splat,
Don't drop the paper or else it will become a mat!
Waiting
Submitted by fairfield55 on February 19, 2008 - 10:29.Summer is finally here,
We wait for it all year long,
Well remember everything,
Even the music gong,
Well miss our teachers and our friends,
Even the bullies,
Even Mrs. Tully,
We wait and wait all summer long,
And school is back again,
When we go back everything is changed,
Even the classroom is rearranged,
New students are here,
All so cool,
Shhhhhhh,
I’ve got work to do.

The first thing you say when you hear the word ghost is, “no there not real, there just myths.” But these stories I have for you will knock your socks off, and make you believe. These stories are very true.
The first story I have for you goes like this…
