14. Procrastination. If you had more time, you’d be able to put it off longer. What do you put off to the last moment? Why? Tell a story about how you just barely got something done in time – or didn’t.
Alternate: Splat! Use that word in a story or a poem.

lacrosse

loosing

I play many sports so I guess you could say I have a good experience in loosing, but also have a pretty good experience in winning. All in all I've lost and won a pretty good amount of games in my sport career. Between playing soccer, lacrosse, and basketball I know the hurt of loosing along with the greatness of winning. Through these sports there is one soccer game that I remember perfectly. I was playing on o Vermont select team and we were playing in a tournament three hours away. It was one of the hottest days of spring and we were playing our hardest.

Lacrosse

.
All I can hear
Heart thumping
A deafening beating
Inside my head.
All I can feel
Is the stick in my hands,
Cradling the ball,
And my legs
Straining to accelerate
All I can think of
Is the net ahead.
A defender in the way,
Nothing
That would stop my
Determination.
To win.
To play.
