howling

Ghost Wolf

A wolf is howling in the night. Everyone is in fright. The wolf goes to town. As if a friend has been found. The hunters get ready to fight. The wolf plays in the snow with delight. The people go to the wolf. With guns, flashlights, and knives, but to only to find footprints in the ground. A flashlight goes out. Then a glowing pale wolf appears. The town folks run out of sight, and the wolf howls in the night.

We've been seeing what you wanted,
Got us cornered right now
Fallen asleep from our vanity
May cost us our lives

I hear them getting closer
Their howls are sending chills down my spine
And time is running out now,
They're coming down the hills from behind

When we start killing
It's all coming down right now
From the nightmare we've created
I want to be awakened somehow
