Crazy

The Door.

Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock. It almost seems as if the more i look at it, the slower its going to go. This is the worst part. Its ten minutes before the bell and i just can't take my eyes of its face. Its thin needle body glides around its surface, slower and slower and slower until it appears time must have stopped. I start coming back into reality, escaping my mid day dream and the zoning out on the clock just in time to notice everyone around totally silent and staring right at me. The teacher says, “well Mr. Morse, what's the answer?” Oh shoot, i did it again. I have this thing with loosing all interaction with the physical world and just sort of clocking into this place in my mind were my eyes go blank and my thoughts light up. This time i had missed a question being asked right before i clocked back into reality.

Blanket

I'll never forget the day
That he visited me
Everyone said that he was crazy
That everything he said
Was nothing but crazy-talk
And that's what I thought too
Until I actually listened
To what he had to say

"Truth is like a blanket
That is just too small.
You can try and try
To cover yourself completely
But it'll never work
You'll only be able
To cover your face,

Crazy

Crazy?
What is crazy?
Am I Crazy?

*Cries*
”Just make it go away!”
“What?”
”IT!!!!”
Maybe…
But,
School caused it.
“What is it?!”
”My home work!”
”… Will you calm down? Gosh!”
I am alone now…
In my own little world…
Crazy?
Yes.
I’d call it that.
*Falls onto her pillow and cries herself to sleep.*
