RE: U2 3D!!!

Boston, Mass.
New England Aquarium's iMax
U2 3D at 8:10 pm

6:00 pm

We're waiting in the lobby
It's two hours before the show
Outside
It's dark and rain pounds into the harbor
I pass the time playing Tetris
While my mom reads beside me

7:20 pm

A line starts to form
We race to get there
Before too many people come

8:00 pm

They let us in
Take our tickets
We get 3D glasses in return
Racing up to the top
We snag two middle seats
I pull out my camera
To snap pictures of us
With the goofy glasses on

Through the previews
We gasp as we're almost smacked
By whale fins and dolphins
That want to kiss us

Finally
The credits start rolling
My heart beats louder
Some girl is running
Her shoes slap on the pavement
The screen fades into

U2

ON STAGE

The tour beings with "Vertigo"
Bono looks up
Directly at me
And reaches his hand out
Like he wants to hold my head
My breath catches
This is unbelievable

Nutella, my love.

My dear
Dear Nutella love,
It's your sweet aroma that wavers above.
Thy pigments of deep brown,
Make the sound of music jealous!
So thick, so rich
Tongues linger to catch a drip.
Why, let us run off mon cher!
To Venice, we go!
Where I can serenade to your heart's content
And watch suns rise or tumble,
Licking the chocolate covered spoon
Before my stomach is to rumble.

What's that my dear? Speak up, don't mumble!
You say that there are bigger jars of Nutella in Italy?
Well....

A Land off the Shores of Heaven

A Land Off The Shores of Heaven
By: Derrick Spalding

In a place where dreams become reality,
The tides of new beginnings wash up,
Past thoughts and mix them with new ones.
When caught in the vast radiant ocean,
You’ll be crushed with intertwining calamities.
When you’re feeling completely drowned out of glee,
And you’re breathing your last breath of happiness,
Remember that you have new up coming thoughts,
To suppress the old stressful ones.
Soon you’ll forget them and be sailing off,
To the paradise not far off shores to your heaven.

Time

Solace is where the cellar door opens up to our minds

You walk down to the door, and with a creak it opens

You are then floating, floating in a starry sky, with a kind voice in your ear, telling you not to be afraid

There is nothing to be afraid of

You open your eyes, and you are in the basement, sitting at the table

New inspiration has been gained for your life
