Give feedback!

Each day we have new writing -- and new selections on the front page. An important part of this project is to give each other positive, constructive feedback. So add your comments to the writing. Read as a writer. Help out your fellow young writer!

My Shadow

By Tim Nichols
Lyme School, Grade 7

My shadow follows me everywhere I go
I chase it and it runs along with me
It dances in a field on a sunny day
I try to pick it up but it won’t budge
It feels lonely, being only a two-dimensional figure
When I walk into the dark it disappears
