The Frog Prince

As I sit here on my lily pad,
With a blank sheet of opportunity in front of me,
I think of what to fill it with.
As the sunsets and night comes,
The sheet is still empty.
The moon rises and brings dreams,
Of deep divine thoughts of places
That he’s never explored.
It starts to come together.
When he awakes the lily flower has blossomed
Into a full grown sight of beauty.
As he looks at the flower it makes him think,
“We must all fill our blank sheets of opportunity
And fulfill what makes us happy,
So when it comes time to go home,
You’ll have plenty of stories to share.”
